Held on May 23, the pre-conference workshops offer an opportunity for an in-depth look into areas of positive psychology that interest you most.  Presented by internationally renowned leaders in the field, these interactive workshops offer participants a ‘close up’ look at the research-based applications of positive psychology.

In this workshop we will learn how exploring people´s life stories through the lens of positive psychology can help them strengthen their relationships, reconnect with their values, progress towards their goals and find more meaning. It is theoretical and practical: providing skills that participants can apply in their life and work.
