The positive psychology focus has been growing in popularity in the organizational and management fields. As President of the Work and Organizations Division of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA), Meg has witnessed considerable energy around the area, as evidenced by growth in membership that quadrupled in the first year. Positive approaches to Human Resource Development such as employee engagement, strengths-based talent management, creating an attractive organizational culture, job crafting, engaging differences, and virtuous downsizing are prime areas for growth, through organized inquiry and practice. This webinar will offer fresh perspectives on how HR professionals can employ positive psychological and strengths-based approaches, theories and methods to revolutionize HR practice.
